Tomorrow is the day!

Second time mothers shouldnt be nervous - should they? I mean, I've done this before... so it should be a breeze!!! Actually, I think I am MORE nervous this time than I was 4 years ago with Alex!!!!!!

I go into the hospital at 7:30am - where I will be given antibiotics for a while to prevent any infection, then the doctor will come in around noon or a little after and induce my labor!

I'm very excited to meet him face to face -- but a little sad that I will miss him kicking and squirming!!!!!

Baby Andrew is on his way!

We should have a new baby by the first weekend in February! If I dont go into labor this week, then I am being induced on Friday, Feb 1st!!!

Baby Shower

On January 10th... my friend Jessica Basham along with the help of my mother-in law, Janey, threw me a baby shower!!!!

Babies and Preschoolers!

This picture was taken on Monday, January 14th. I had to go into the doctor early because I'm starting to have signs of labor. Andrew is positioned perfectly and everything is set to go. The doctor said he would not stop labor at this point!

The other day - Alex went with me and Jimmy to buy some baby items that I knew I would be needing.... while we were walking through the baby aisle, Alex started handing me some baby food and he said, "here mommy.... here is some food for your baby". Its so funny he always says "YOUR BABY" -- not "the baby" or "baby Andrew"!!!!!!

Dress Up Day

Today is Alex's 4th Birthday. The kids at school are having "manners day" - so they all dressed up for school.

Alex liked his tie because he said "I look like my Daddy".

Happy Birthday Alex!

This weekend we celebrated Alex's 4th birthday (which is actually Tuesday, January 8th) at Mama and Papa Farmer's house. Alex received SOOOOOO many toys (as if he needs anymore).


He had a Spiderman 3 Cake with the black spiderman and the sandman on it.


I think his favorite toy is the "Rock'em Sock'em Robot" that my mom and dad bought him.

Happy New Year!

We made it through to 2008 without a New Year's Baby! Our big excitement was to go to Outback with Mama and Papa Farmer.





Alex made it to 11:40pm with Dad - then he fell asleep. I, on the otherhand, was out by 9pm!!!!!
